Free Estonian Courses at the Intermediate Level (B1) for Third Country Nationals in Estonia12/12/2012 ![]() Free Estonian language courses at the level of A2 - B1 for third country nationals with fewer opportunities has been opened. The course is provided for third country nationals with restricted opportunities living in Estonia Free Estonian Language Courses for the Intermadiate Level (B1) for third country nationals living in Estonia has been launched in December 2012 by ImmiSoft Ltd at WTCT Building (Jõe Str 9, 5th floor) in Tallinn in the framework of the MISA project "Estonian Language Courses for Third Country Nationals with restricted opportunities in Estonia". You do not have to be a new immigrant in order to apply for this course. The course is provided for third country nationals with restricted opportunities living in Estonia (e.g. unemployed, young mothers, low-income persons, retired, disabled, etc.) who are interested in applying for a long-term residence permit, or wish to work/study further in the Estonian language. The aim of the training course is to develop the language knowledge from the basic level to the level of independent use of the Estonian language (the threshold of communication). The volume of the Estonian language course is 120 academic hours (includes 100 contact hours) aimed at the desired intermediate language level B1. The course content integrates language learning with several topics of the Civic education needed to prepare you for the citizenship examination. The length of the course is 12-25 weeks, 4 hours twice a week. After graduation you will recieve a certificate and you will be registered for the national B1 level exam. ImmiSoft Ltd. will hold the courses at the New Immigrants’ Education Centre in Tallinn and you can register via a form available at http://www.integrationresearch.net/free-estonian-courses.html.

The number of job opportunities is greater in European countries. But we need to have a minimum score in the IELTS to get a work visa. It is great that you people are giving training for improving the language. Thank you.

It is very expectable event! Under the aegis of the Integration and Migration Foundation Our People (MISA), registration for free Estonian language courses for people with fewer opportunities from European third countries has been opened and now a lot of students from the neighborhood has a possibility to attend them. Thank you a lot for sharing with us.
